Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hr notice. Our Policy. - Rescheduling appointment with less than 24hr notice fee will be equal to 45% of the reserved service. -Same-day cancellation or No Show fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved service. -If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, 40% of your reserved service fee will be charged. We will do our best to reschedule your service to another time that is convenient for you. -We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
