Can I cancel an appointment?
Out of respect to both our guests and the time and talent of our professionals, RedBloom requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given, any deposit amount paid will be used to compensate the revenue lost to the stylist and the salon.
What happens if I cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice?
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a deposit of 25% of your desired service amount will be required to reserve future bookings. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your and completed service.
If my regular lavoom stylist is unavailable can I see another stylist?
Absolutely! If for any reason you would like to see a different stylist, please know there won’t be any hard feelings. Our team at Lavoom is very supportive of one another and our priority is that you love your hair.
What if I don’t know what I want?
Our stylists provide an in-depth consultation, with options for your hair, at every appointment. If you would prefer a complimentary consultation prior to a committed service appointment, don't hesitate to book this 15-minute appointment!
How much will my service cost?
