LAVOOM SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us at Lavoom Salon and time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time to other guests.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:​

  • Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. Cancellations made 1-6 hours prior to an appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved price.

  • Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.

  • No Shows: All no shows will be charged 100% of service amount.

 

 

We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment. This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our team members schedules filled, thus better-serving everyone.
