HOW TO USE
Place brush at lash base and wiggle it side to side to make lashes look fuller. Then sweep from base to tips to fully coat lashes. Then coat lash ends holding brush vertically and moving the tip from side to side. Finally, sweep up lashes with brush horizontally at the lash base for separation.
