We are a reputable beauty salon and brow bar with two locations in Calgary. At Lavoom Salon, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional beauty services and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Lash Artists to join our team at both our Chinook and Marda Loop locations.

 

Job Description and Requirements:

• Lash Artistry, Tinting, Lash Lifts and Brow Lamination

• Apply lash extensions with precision and artistry to enhance clients' natural beauty.

• Customize lash looks based on client preferences, using a range of lash types, lengths, and styles.

• Provide personalized consultations to understand clients' desired outcomes and recommend appropriate lash designs.

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional lash services and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

• Educate clients on lash aftercare and provide maintenance recommendations for long-lasting and healthy lashes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest lash trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Contribute to the welcoming and positive atmosphere at Lavoom Salon by providing outstanding customer service.

• Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the lash area.

• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of clients and timely service delivery.

 

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lash Artist, preferably in a salon or beauty bar setting.

• Proficiency in lash extension techniques, including classic and volume applications.

• Strong knowledge of lash types, lengths, and styles to customize looks according to client preferences.

• Excellent understanding of lash hygiene, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in lash application.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide personalized consultations and maintain positive client relationships.

• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet client appointment schedules.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as per salon hours and client demands.

• A passion for staying updated with the latest lash trends and techniques.

• Valid certification or training in lash extensions is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

 

Salary: 40% Commission
