Wedding Makeup & Hair Services
You are ready to set up your styling and makeup appointments and we are ready to assist you! The purpose of this agreement is to confirm the services to be rendered for the wedding party along with the name(s) of those responsible for services provided by Lavoom Salon. This agreement must be completed and returned before the services will be scheduled and the time will be reserved. All bookings are on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and a deposit to secure them.

When necessary, a shampoo will be done at the salon by the stylist (in-salon weddings only & when scheduled)

Bridal Party Information
Please ONLY include information about wedding guests that will be receiving services with us.
Photo Policy
We would be honored to have your permission to take pictures (for the purpose of advertising) of you and your wedding party’s hair and/or makeup on your wedding day.
Makeup & Hair Trail Scheduling
We highly recommend a wedding trial to be scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks before your wedding day.

Pre-Wedding Services
We have a full menu of hair, eyebrow, lashes, hair removal and spa services to prepare you and your bridal party for your wedding day.
In Salon Wedding Services
For our in-salon weddings, you have the option of hiring out the salon for your special day.
For this, we supply a grazing table for your breakfast, for which we have a list of foods and beverages of your choice for your morning.
Gift Certificates
Lavoom Salon offers gift certificates for services in various dollar amounts. Our gift certificates are a very nice way to say thank you to the members of your bridal party.

We have a full menu of hair, eyebrow, lashes, hair removal and spa services to prepare you and your bridal party for your wedding day.
Deposit and Payments
Credit Card
Information in order to guarantee your appointment times, we require the following credit card information. Please understand that you are guaranteeing all of your parties’ appointments, not just your own.
Please be aware that this contract requires a credit card to reserve all of your appointments. The complete cost of all bridal party services will be figured upon the information you provide on this Contract. Prices are subject to change as you or your guests may change their styling needs.
No charges will be made to your credit card until services are performed. However, we do require two weeks (14 days) advance notice cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment is cancelled less than one week (7 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for ALL (100%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. In the event that an appointment is cancelled from one week (7 days) to two weeks (14 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Payment for all services is due on the day of services. Each guest may pay individually, or you may elect to have us charge your card for the whole party. Please note below how you will be paying. All Credit Card information will be used for this event only.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made no later than one month (30 days) prior to the wedding date. Any cancellations after that date will result in a full charge for the appointment(s). In the event that an appointment is cancelled from 2 months (60 days) to three months (90 days) prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for half (50%) of the cost of the service(s) and your credit card will be charged. Appointment services and times cannot be changed on the day of the scheduled appointments. Doing so will result in the loss of the appointment and a full charge for the service(s) scheduled. It is important that all appointment services and times be closely adhered to, as originally scheduled, so that we may provide the optimal service that you deserve on your special day!
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylist, and other clients.
